Key Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans to support residents' activities of daily living and functional mobility. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure accurate documentation of assessments and progress.

Requirements

Requires an active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico and graduation from an accredited OT program. Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred along with strong communication and documentation skills.
