Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities to improve mobility and independence. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and document care effectively within the company's EMR system.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license or be eligible to obtain one in the state of practice. Requires a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, basic computer proficiency, and current CPR certification.
