The Physical Therapist III is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and strength in a home health setting. They also serve as a clinical subject matter expert, developing protocols and mentoring staff and students.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy school with at least 5 years of recent relevant experience. Required certifications include a valid PT license, BLS for Healthcare Providers, a valid Class C driver's license, and automobile insurance.
