Speech Language Pathologist SLP PRN

Key Responsibilities

The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates patient rehabilitation needs and develops comprehensive plans of care in accordance with OASIS and PPS guidelines. They provide direct therapy services in patient homes, coordinate with physicians, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current, unrestricted SLP license. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and the ability to travel within the designated branch area are required.
