Key Responsibilities

The SLP evaluates patients to determine rehabilitation needs and develops comprehensive plans of care in accordance with regulatory guidelines. They provide direct speech-language pathology services in the home and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Language Pathology and a current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle are required.
