Key Responsibilities
The clinician serves as the first point of contact for individuals in behavioral health crises, providing triage, intervention, and safety planning. They also coordinate care, complete clinical documentation, and manage dispositions within a 24/7 urgent care setting.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a human service field or equivalent experience as defined by Illinois administrative codes. Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced crisis environment are required.
