This position offers weekends off. Work with American Addiction Centers in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The specialist will manage all front-desk patient activities, including registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and cash handling, while ensuring an outstanding and compassionate patient experience. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate patient information, assisting with billing functions, monitoring inventory, and demonstrating proficiency in emergency protocols.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with demonstrated computer experience and customer relations experience. Experience with Medical Records Software and front desk practice is preferred but not mandatory.
