Key Responsibilities
The SATS Counselor will maintain a caseload, facilitate group and individual counseling sessions, and complete clinical assessments including SBIRT and ASAM. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring all documentation complies with contract obligations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Alaska State Counselor Technician Certification or equivalent and be able to obtain CDCI certification within one year. The role requires the ability to pass an ADOC background check, PREA screening, and security clearance.
