The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating resident needs and establishing effective, efficient treatment plans to ensure the highest level of care. They must also manage clinical documentation, billing records, and coordinate treatment plans with nursing and clinical staff.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active state license. Experience or knowledge in older adult rehabilitation and regulatory healthcare guidelines is preferred.
