About Marble

Marble makes it possible for kids to get real therapy. School social workers can see which students need care, and too often have nowhere to send them: waitlists are long, and clinicians who take insurance and work with children are hard to find. Marble is where those referrals go. We provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families across New York City and New York State.

Marble was founded by an experienced team, including two co-founders of Headway.

Our clinical leadership includes LCSWs and child psychiatrists with decades of experience in youth mental health, and our therapists work closely with them to shape both how we deliver care and how the company runs.

About the Role

Marble's clinical team is committed to delivering high-quality care to children, adolescents, and families referred by school social workers throughout New York City and New York State. Our therapists provide support in various settings, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

How the Role Works

• Supervision toward your LCSW. Supervision from an experienced LCSW at no cost to you, counting toward your licensure hours.
• See students from home, on hours you set. Fully remote. You set your availability and we schedule inside it.
• A caseload we send you. Referrals come from school social workers who already know the student. No marketing, panel-building, or waiting to fill a schedule.
• No admin. We handle credentialing and billing, and an AI scribe drafts your notes so you review and sign rather than write from scratch.

All Marble therapists work on a contract basis, and the commitment is yours to set. Some carry as few as 10 students; for others Marble is their primary role, with caseloads up to 25. Most clinicians start small and add students as their availability grows.
