Key Responsibilities
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patient functional status and developing treatment plans to improve daily living activities within the home environment. They also provide education to patients and caregivers while maintaining clinical records and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess or be eligible for an Illinois license. The role requires a valid driver's license, current CPR certification, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
