The RN Navigator integrates health care for patients across the continuum by coordinating care and ensuring timely sequencing of services. They act as a key link between providers, clinics, and support services while removing barriers to care for patients and their families.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred or required depending on the specific location.
