Key Responsibilities
The psychologist provides direct clinical services, including individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and emergency care for the university student body. Additionally, the role involves supervising graduate trainees, conducting outreach programs, and collaborating with university staff to support student mental health.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program and have completed an APA-accredited doctoral internship. Licensure or license eligibility as a psychologist in the state of Florida is required.
