The Telephonic Triage RN performs bio-psychosocial assessments via telephone to triage patient needs and determine the appropriate course of action. This role acts as a communication link between patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure efficient and timely patient care.
Candidates must hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing and possess 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience. A valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required upon hire.
