Family Nurse Practitioner-General Purpose
This role provides comprehensive family medicine primary care, including general and preventive medical services, to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.
Job Qualifications
a. Masters degree in Nursing. b. Certification by the American Nurses’ Association as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner. c. Current Colorado medical license required. d. Minimum Three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred. e. ACLS Certification preferred; BLS required.
Physician Assistant- General Purpose
To provide family medicine primary care including general and preventive medical care.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Appropriate certification.
3. Current Colorado license required.
4. Minimum Three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.
5. ACLS Certification preferred; BLS required
Salary: $115,000 to $128,600; DOQ
Sign-On Bonus: up to $10,000
