General Purpose

To perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician with OB experience in providing acute, chronic and preventative medical care. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week on a 4/10 schedule rotation.

Job Qualifications

1. Graduation from an approved medical school.

2. Satisfactory completion of a post-graduate training program and is Board-Eligible or Board-Certified by the American Board of Physicians and specified Specialty.

3. Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Colorado.

4. BLS Certification required.

5. Completion of OB fellowship preferred

Salary: $230,000 to $285,000 annually, which includes up to $7,500 geographic pay incentive based on cost of living

Sign on Bonus: Up to $10,000, Relocation benefit available

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional medical activities as a primary care physician specializing in family medicine and obstetrics. Provide acute, chronic, and preventative medical care to improve community health through integrated, whole-person care.

Requirements

Must be a medical school graduate with completed post-graduate training, board eligibility or certification, and a Colorado medical license. BLS certification is required, and an OB fellowship is preferred.
