The Pharmacist-In-Charge will provide leadership and direction for the Accredo Newark location, ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality, and efficiency in prescription dispensing, verification, and shipping. This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, maintaining pharmacy security, handling escalated issues, and fostering quality improvement processes.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, RPh, or PharmD, along with current, active pharmacist licensure in Delaware, and be willing to obtain additional state licenses as needed. A minimum of 7 years of experience in dispensing pharmacy is required, with preferred experience in the healthcare or PBM industry, along with proven leadership skills and superior communication abilities.
