We want to hear from you! We are seeking dedicated and Licensed Mental Health Therapists / Clinicians to provide therapy services (in-person and/or telehealth) within the state of North Carolina. New Graduate or No Experience? No Problem! > Prior experience is not required. We will provide you with the training, tools, and clinical support necessary to successfully build your career and gain the experience you need.
Required Licenses (Any of the following)
We are looking for professionals with an active license in good standing in NC
LCMHC / LCMHCA (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor / Associate)
LCSW / LCSWA (Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Associate)
LMFT / LMFTA (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist / Associate)
LCAS / LCAS-A (Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist / Associate)
Licensed Psychologists (LP / LPA)
What We Are Looking For
Current and valid state license to practice in North Carolina.
Experience conducting clinical assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural competence.
Ability to work independently and maintain up-to-date clinical documentation.
Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
