Social Worker II (PRN)

Key Responsibilities

The Social Worker will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention for patients with behavioral and psychiatric needs. They will also participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and manage patient caseloads while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess appropriate state licensure such as LMSW, LCSW, or LSW. Experience working with this patient population is preferred, and certifications in CPR and de-escalation are required upon hire.
