This opportunity is available as either a part-time employee position or a contract position, depending on the selected candidate and mutually agreed-upon arrangement.

Snapshot of Key Accountabilities of the Physician
- Provide comprehensive women’s health care, including gynecology, family planning, sexually transmitted disease treatment, and mid-life services.
- Deliver surgical services, including medication and surgical terminations, in accordance with PPFL standards and guidelines.
- Serve as a liaison between the Chief Medical Officer and clinical staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support staff development through training, orientation, and coaching.
- Provide clinical leadership while supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Lead research initiatives and contribute to service expansion strategies.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate policies, industry regulations, and established quality standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate a commitment to excellent patient service.
Experience/Education of the Physician
- Board-Certified MD or DO with a current Florida State License.
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in women’s health or family practice.
- Prescriptive authority with current licensure.
- Proven leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Commitment to quality health care, patient confidentiality, and excellent service.
- Experience with colposcopies, LEEP procedures, and ultrasound services preferred.
- Familiarity with surgical and medication terminations preferred.
- Dedication to health equity and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the selected employment arrangement.
- This opportunity may be structured as either a part-time employee position or a contract position.

Requirements
Candidates must be a Board-Certified MD or DO with a current Florida State License and at least five years of clinical experience in women's health or family practice. A level 2 background screening is required as a condition of employment.
