Key Responsibilities

The Charge Respiratory Therapist leads and evaluates direct patient care activities while supervising staff and coordinating shift assignments. They also serve as a clinical resource for troubleshooting equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy and be a graduate of an accredited program. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RRT or 4 years as a CRT, along with Oklahoma licensure and BLS/PALS certifications, is required.
