The Respiratory Therapist Lead assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with cardiopulmonary disorders while coordinating daily operations of the department. They provide mechanical ventilatory support, educate patients on disease management, and ensure clinical protocols are followed to improve patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold an Associate's or Vocational degree from a CoARC accredited program and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a critical care setting. Required certifications include a Minnesota Licensed Respiratory Therapist license and ACLS/ALS certification.
