Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centered occupational therapy to residents within a continuing care retirement community. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to implement personal care plans and support residents' daily living needs.
Requirements
Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license and meet Medicare requirements. Experience with clinical documentation and familiarity with the OASIS system is preferred.
