Job Description
Facility Overview
The position is based at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Douglas, Wyoming, which accommodates approximately 5,500 emergency department visits annually and facilitates around 250 deliveries each year.
The hospital supports multiple specialties, including OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Orthopedic Spine Surgery, Gastroentero
logy, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Bariatric Surgery, and General Surgery. The average daily census (ADC) is approximately 10 patients, and the facility operates at a Trauma Level III classification.
Candidate Requirements
Licensing
An active Wyoming State Medical License or participation in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
(IMLC) is required.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Board Certification should be achieved within five years post-residency.
