The Occupational Therapist evaluates patient capabilities and implements progressive treatment programs within a home healthcare setting. Responsibilities include supervising COTAs and HHAs, documenting patient progress, and coordinating total patient care.
Candidates must be a Licensed OT with a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and current TB results. Experience with OASIS and Wellsky (Kinser) is strongly preferred, along with at least one year of experience.
