The BCBA will independently practice and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective delivery of ABA programming. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing community-based services to clients.
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree. Experience in supervising others and developing verbal behavior programming is required.
