Key Responsibilities
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective ABA programming. They are responsible for conducting client assessments, providing caregiver training, and delivering services in both center-based and community settings.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and a Master's degree. Experience in managing others and developing verbal behavior programming is required.
