Virtual Physician

Key Responsibilities

The physician will conduct structured telehealth intake consultations to establish medical necessity and identify high-risk conditions for care navigation programs. They will also document findings, manage diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the clinical operations team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license with a D.O. or M.D. degree and have at least 2 years of experience in primary care or telehealth. Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred, along with familiarity with Medicare programs and SDOH documentation.
