Mental Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief interventions to patients in a collaborative primary care setting. Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated whole-patient care while leveraging real-time data to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active, good-standing license such as LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to patient impact and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
