About the Job

We're seeking a Part-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care focused on prevention, early intervention, and long-term wellness.

You'll care for patients ages 2 and older, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and empowering patients through education and ongoing support.

  • Position Hours: 18 hours per week
  • Clinic Operating Hours: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Work Schedule: To be determined within clinic operating hours.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary care through in-person and virtual visits, as clinically appropriate
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for patients ages 2+
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
  • Promote preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management through patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians to support coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to applicable medical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment focused on quality care and patient outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
  • Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) board certification
  • Active DEA registration
  • Experience providing primary care to patients ages 2 and older
  • 2+ years of primary care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and commitment to patient confidentiality
  • Ability to successfully complete required credentialing
  • Commitment to preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
