Requirements

What You'll Do

• Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will:
• Provide physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, interdisciplinary care teams, residents, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Educate staff, residents, and family members on therapy programs and functional mobility strategies
• Help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Post-Acute settings is a plus
