What You'll Do
- Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will:
- Provide physical therapy treatments according to established plans of care
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists, interdisciplinary care teams, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
- Educate staff, residents, and family members on therapy programs and functional mobility strategies
- Help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of practice
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Post-Acute settings is a plus
