Key Responsibilities
The Clinic Director leads clinical operations and provides therapy services while mentoring staff to ensure high-quality care. They also partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model and drive resident engagement.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current professional license in their therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP). Previous experience in leadership or mentorship is required to effectively manage clinical teams and programs.
