Join Westminster Communities of Florida as a Occupational Therapist – Full-Time, M-F, No Weekends in Tallahassee, Florida, United States. Westminster Oaks is seeking a full time, 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday (with some weekends) Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload.

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will provide patient assessments, develop care plans, and deliver direct treatment within a general rehab caseload. They are also responsible for supervising staff, developing clinical programs, and performing resident screenings and home assessments.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and possess professional licensure. Two years of clinical experience is preferred, along with strong communication, clinical judgment, and time management skills.
