Key Responsibilities

The Staff Therapist II provides direct clinical counseling services, completes client assessments, and performs case management duties. They also serve as a liaison among stakeholders and participate in on-call crisis intervention rotations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or social work and possess at least two years of relevant experience. Licensure in the state of Alabama or eligibility to obtain it within one year is required.
