Job Description

Responsible for proper implementation of the treatment plan and evaluates symptoms and progress within Family Services. Provides services to individuals and families as required. Responsible for implementing the daily schedule of activities.

Education

Minimum:               Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Activity Therapies Preferred:                N/A

Registration/Certification/Licensure

Act 33/73 clearances and Healthcare Provider CPR

Experience

  • Minimum:              None.
  • Preferred:              Prior mental health experience.

Other Requirements

Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy.

Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Worker is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans and managing daily activity schedules for patients. They also evaluate patient symptoms, document progress, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Activity Therapies. Additionally, the role requires Act 33/73 clearances and Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
