Pediatric Physical Therapist (PPEC) | Full-Time | Jacksonville, FL
Join Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, where every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing pediatric team.
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care.
Your Role
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges.
- Develop individualized plans of care and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote functional independence and developmental success.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Experience treating the pediatric population is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
