Per Diem - Rehabilitation Therapist - Hand Specialty (CHT Required)

Key Responsibilities

The therapist provides direct patient care by evaluating and treating individuals with disabilities, injuries, or diseases using specialized techniques. They are also responsible for designing treatment programs, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a current New York State license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist. Additionally, 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification are required.
