Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Dietitian conducts comprehensive nutritional assessments and develops individualized care plans as a key member of the Interdisciplinary Team. They also coordinate dietary services, provide nutritional education to participants and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a related field and possess an Oregon Licensed Dietician credential. A minimum of two years of experience in clinical or community nutrition, including at least one year working with geriatric populations, is required.
