Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patient mobility and strength in their homes to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to help patients regain independence and improve functional abilities.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of an APTA-approved physical therapy program with a current, unrestricted state license. Requires a valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and the physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
