Case Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Worker (MSW/BSW)

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree from an accredited school of social work, nursing, or a related field. Five years of experience in the healthcare field and previous case management experience are preferred.
