Salary Range: $52.00-$62.00 per hour (depending on experience)

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), You Will

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for the patients in the comfort of their homes, focusing on improving their daily functioning and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to help patients achieve their goals.
• Evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize their independence.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on the use of assistive devices and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to care.
• Document patients’ progress and maintain accurate records.

Must Have

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in state.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques, healthcare reimbursement, and documentation requirements.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with patients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and therapy documentation.
• Experience with Kantime EMR
