Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Home Health experience preferred.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Current and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state.

• Knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and techniques.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $58 - $63/hr
