Requirements

A High School Diploma is required along with one year of experience, or one year of inpatient experience in behavioral health as an MHT, PCT, CNA, or related role is highly preferred. Alternatively, a High School Diploma and CNA certification, or an Associate’s degree in a healthcare field is required, with a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred.
