The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Hospitalist physicians.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

• Adventist Health Glendale – Glendale, California
• 515-bed facility with a 10-bed ICU.
• Closed ICU.
• Average of 300 patients per day for entire hospital census.
• Average of 17-20 encounters per day per hospitalist and 5-10 encounters per night per nocturnist.
• Great location with great CME education programs and an amazing community of providers.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
