Key Responsibilities
The speech therapist evaluates and treats patients for speech, language, communication, cognition, and dysphagia disorders. They also oversee comprehensive rehabilitation programs and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient discharge goals.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology and possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence. One to three years of experience or Clinical Fellowship eligibility is required.
