Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP) - Senior Living Visits

Key Responsibilities

The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for patients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. They are responsible for developing and revising treatment plans while educating patients and families to promote health and safety.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in North Carolina and possess a certificate of clinical competence or equivalent educational requirements. Prior home care experience is preferred, along with solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
