Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in Washington, DC.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to cultural competence and diversity in practice.
