Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercise and modalities based on patient needs and functional goals. Responsibilities also include reviewing patient information, communicating the treatment process, revising plans as needed, and instructing patients/families on post-discharge exercises.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree or higher as a Physical Therapist and hold a current Physical Therapist license specific to the State of Kentucky. Current CPR certification is also required for this role.
