Job Description
The Physical Therapist (Outpatient\Inpatient) works under the supervision of leadership. Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients, as directed by a provider, using approved treatment procedures. Provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines.

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements rehabilitation treatment programs for patients under leadership supervision. They are also responsible for providing patient and family education and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Requirements
The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Candidates must be capable of handling medical equipment and documenting patient care according to established guidelines.
