Job Description
The Physical Therapist (Outpatient\Inpatient) works under the supervision of leadership. Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients, as directed by a provider, using approved treatment procedures. Provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements rehabilitation treatment programs for patients under provider direction. They are also responsible for providing patient and family education and maintaining all necessary medical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must possess the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and restraining, as well as mental abilities for analysis and assessment. Proficiency in interpersonal communication and the ability to handle exposure to medical hazards is required.
